During his time with the Mahoning County Prosecutors Office, Attorney Mark D’Apolito played a significant role in securing a contract for the CAD (Computed Aided Dispatch) system for Mahoning County. The contract took several months to secure in which several legal issues had to be resolved. Attorney D’Apolito dealt with the legal issues and was very adamant in getting the best contract for Mahoning County.
Working with Attorney D’Apolito on several other matters he always put first the interest of the people or organization he represented.
